Two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at Taksila is the flagship programme and is carried through trimester system with six terms spread over two years. The programme is designed to prepare the young graduates for senior level positions in industry and other sections specialization in the functional areas of Marketing, Finance, IT Management, Human Resources Management, and Operations Management.

Pedagogy

The course provides stimulating and rigorous studies in business management with a blend of strong industry interaction in order to meet the requirement of present professional challenges. The curriculum maintains a balance between depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, thus combining a strong conceptual base with exposure to contemporary practices and trends. A variety of learning tools are used for the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Role-play, case study, project work, field experience, assignment, quiz, seminars, industry visits are some of the tools used.
